Gyanmanthan is an educational consulting and management company that provides transformational educational services to schools and other places of learning in North India, including the start-up of new schools and the continuous improvement of existing schools.
Mr. Inderjit Singh Brar is an agriculturist, real state developer, social worker, philanthropist and educationist. He is presently at the helm of a number of companies and charitable trusts. For his humane qualities, values and business ethics, he was adjudged ‘Business Achiever of the North’ by the Times of India Group for the years 2008 & 2009. As the principal promoter and founder of Gyanmanthan, he envisions being a true nationalist through his work in improving educational standards in North India, to bring them at par with international education standards.

Ms. Barninder Paul Sekhon – A paragon, committed for the excellence in the field of education. An experienced professional with more than 20 years of experience in reputed CBSE institutions in various capacities.
She has done her Bachelor’s in Education and Master’s in Science. She has to her credit the ‘Best Teacher’ award by Bhartiya Vikas Parishad, letters of commendations and an appreciation certificate from UNESCO club for her outstanding work in the field of education. She is a certified EQFI (Education Quality Foundation of India) trainer for the accreditation of the schools.
As trainer she has trained the prospective teachers in B.Ed Colleges on the topics of innovative practices in teaching learning, teaching strategies and methodologies, etc. She also takes student empowerment sessions and parent orientations under Student-Parent-Teacher Connect Programme.

Ms. Neetu is a multifaceted professional, with a dream and passion to bring revolution in the field of education with her experience of more than 18 years in administration, teaching and training. She is a certified trainer by Skills And You Consultant Pvt. Ltd. and head trainer at Gyanmanthan Teachers’ Finishing School. She possess good communication skills and a fine understanding of human psychology. She has delivered Lectures/ Chaired at various state/ Conferences/ Workshops. She was awarded with the ‘Shantanu Prakash Excellence’ award for Best Teacher in 2014. She was involved with the school magazine editorial board and was Instrumental in organizing various events and tours. She got an opportunity to present paper for B.Ed College, Panipat in a National Seminar on “Importance of Training in Teaching.” She is a social worker and has been actively involved in the forefront of various social projects like organizing campaigns against Drug Abuse and use of intoxicants. She has contributed in the Environment Awareness Programmes, Yoga for life, Awareness of A.I.D.S., Blood Donation, Free Medical Camps and Human rights etc. She got the honour of sharing the world’s largest stage with 2500 participants for “Cosmic Rhythm” in World Culture Festival, Delhi in 2016.
She attended BETT Asia Leadership Summit 2014 held in Singapore on the topic of innovative pedagogical advances in 21st Century classrooms.
Her endeavours to integrate novel methodologies grew stronger when she was Head Academics for various schools in Haryana and Punjab from the years 2014 to 2016. With her continuous efforts and hard-work schools under her guidance won Econs Award for Educational Excellence in the Institutions by ECONS Society in year 2015.
She has been functioning as a Project Director since July 2016 at Gyanmanthan Educational Services Private Limited and working tirelessly for the upliftment of the education system in various schools in Haryana and Punjab.
Under her Directorship, Mata Harki Devi Sr. Sec. School Odhan, Distt. Sirsa won International Schools Award by British Council for the session 2017-2020 and it has been accredited for outstanding development of the International dimension in the curriculum.
